Collab with LEGO to build better experience for factory workers

🔍 Background

Our manufacturing product teams face unique challenges that are often overlooked by enterprise software. To build better experiences for frontline workers, I identified an opportunity to learn from one of the world’s leading manufacturing organizations—LEGO.

After connecting with LEGO’s Head of Digital Design for Manufacturing and Supply Chain, I established a strategic partnership between LEGO and ServiceNow to bring real-world manufacturing insights directly into our product development process.

The collaboration included a company-wide fireside chat attended by over 70 participants from multiple product teams, followed by an on-site visit to LEGO’s factory, where we worked alongside their team to understand frontline workflows and identify opportunities to improve the digital experience for manufacturing workers.
